I am posting this today because the manager who was supposed to be fired is back. She is dishonest, and loves to break laws. They never even changed my door lock when I moved here. She is from Ukraine. Probably a former hooker because her skills are limited to conversation and dressing up.

My housing documents were stolen from me the day before yesterday. I had to go run some errands. They must use some kind of WEAPON to make me lose consciousness. THEY STOLE MY FLASHDRIVE WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE HOUSING COURT 3/9/2023 TO GET COURT DOCUMENTS THAT WERE STOLEN FROM ME THE DAY BEFORE.
First, I will show you what the Summons has = RECORDS FRAUD
Reason being: They have to claim what I owe if they claim nonpayment of rent. In my Section 8 circumstance, they claimed I owed thousands of dollars! I didn't owe them a penny! I cited the laws!
When I tried to get a rebate for paying utilities when we had to pay for electricity here, they gave me a letter claiming I owed no utilities! Even though I showed Community Action Agency the bills from the local utility, they REFUSED TO PROCESS ME. No doubt they used my stats to get more block grants money because this is the trick that they all do in Connecticut! OBSCUND FUNDS!
Here is the Summons NOW - they frauded the real summons for this crooked landlord, Bozzuto, Inc. - which quit claims the property to evade responsibility in being sued. Quit claiming commercial real estate to business partners is ILLEGAL! Relatives quit claim to relatives, and for the most part it is home real estate, not commercial.
(Another nightmare I had because my brother promised I would get my $22,000 back and the quit claim increased his equity. He sold the property and pocketed it for himself to prove what a good businessman he was! He barely had a 2 yr degree and the school was an awful school, which he in fact coaxed me to - SO HE COULD GET A HUGE WRITE-OFF ON HIS STUDENT BILL. I was shoved in an apartment bldg with three or more hookers and two were murdered while I was there!) I was close to my kid brother - drove him to work, no charge - took him to McDonalds and he went with me to Long Island and Canandagua to visit one sister's family to help her move out of the house, and then to deliver a large care package my parents made up for the other sister, whose baby was in the hospital because she set boiling water by him (instant coffee) and answered the phone and didn't watch him and he grabbed the tablecloth, playing with it and the coffee, which she should have had with her, fell on him. He had 2d and 3d degree burns over 1/3 of his body!
I never got my $22,000! My father sold his home and gave me $10,000 of it! Life has been really hell. I hate living in this corrupted state! They only cover up for the depraved bureaucrats who don't make money, they take money!
And people who have cheated me and sexually assaulted me and gotten away with it will probably read this more than anyone who cares!

THE COURTS ARE DELIBERATELY FRAUDULENT - COVERING THEIR CRIMINAL TRACKS! BRETT KAVANAUGH DID THIS AS A DAILY ROUTINE, TO HELP THE CROOKED PEOPLE WHO WERE FILFTHY RICH! A SKULL&BONES ALLIANCE PROMISE!
Note!! The Complaint fails to have the legal elements required to prove the case has merit! Yet back then, their complaint indicated I owed thousands of dollars! I will show the Ledger printed a few months ago. I requested an update of the ledger and he dropped it off on 3/9, but some a$$hole took it from the concierge desk and no doubt the one on duty was up to no good as usual, telling someone probably.
MEPT CHAPEL STREET - was registered as non-profit, part of the church community and they displayed many satanic symbols throughout the building. I also made argument, proving they registered as non-profit - and THE JUDGE IGNORED WHAT I SAID, WHAT MY MOTIONS HAD, DENYING EVERY DAMN ONE! HE SAID, "We are going to wrap up this case in one hearing - no subpaenas, no nothing." It was all a Devils Chessboard plan to evict me - since in 2016 Dragana's conspiring with the state police to get me arrested here failed - but put me through hell! They said they fired her - she is back managing the office that decides who to evict! They call me and tell me I have to sign papers on "Request for Tenancy Approval" and all the other Section 8 tenants already signed them. I said, "WTF - you wait till they all sign them as some kind of proof they are legitamate? First of all HUD documents are supposed to be administered through the HUD administrator! Second of all, you have no freaking right to tell me I have to request for Tenancy approval because I am already a tenant! The new ownership has to be approved by this pathetic housing authority, it has nothing to do with me! I sent emails and cited laws. Why should I even have to do all this? And nobody cares - I called the Alderwoman and she probably had already told them all to sign it! She did not return my call! I never met her. They have meetings here and never tell me about them! CORRUPTION RULES! SOCIALISM RULES!
AFTER ALL, ROSA PARKS BROKE THE LAW WHEN SHE REFUSED TO GIVE UP HER SEAT SO WE CAN BREAK LAWS TOO!
Yes, they use that as a lame excuse! She did not break a law, she broke a protocol, a regulation - both of which were unconstitutional but did the US SUPREME COURT CARE? NO!!! NOT UNTIL MARTIN LUTHER KING WAS MURDERED IN COLD BLOOD BY AN OBVIOUS BLACK OPERATIONS ATTACK - CIA WERE NEW BACK THEN AND JUST ITCHING TO MAKE THEIR TERRORIST MARK. A Black man dressed as police officer - obvious VietNam Vet Sniper, shot MLK with one shot! He got rid of the gun, wrapping it in a blue coat! Nobody suspected the police officer! And CIA probably convinced him that MLK hated all VietNam Vets, which was just the opposite! But what does his "friends" do on the balcony? They form a Hitler/NAZI salutation! Then claim they were telling the police officer where the bullet came from. How the hell would they be able to tell where the bullet came from? They were congratulating the fake officer for killing MLK, who may have even been still alive - but did they care? That is what I mean! OUR COUNTRY IS RUN BY ORGANIZED CRIME!
