 Due to corruption, CYBER CRIME, I had to create this blog to upload the Memorandum of Decision (the court would not provide me the OPINION document, though I asked for it to begin with) and my Answer.  

I just spent a half hour selecting one at a time and it was DELETED BY A HACKER!  

























 I doubt I will be able to upload the whole "Decision" here due to CYBER CRIME
